E L I G I B I L I T Y
The exhibition is open to all artists around world. Works may be two or three dimensional in all media including paintings, drawings, original prints, mixed media, sculpture, photographs, graphic art and video art.

SP E C I F I C A T I O N S
Two dimensional works (including frames) are not to exceed 24 in width and 34 in heigth. Work may not weigh more than 40 pounds. Work need not be framed, but must ready to hang. No glass over the art work please. No installations please.
Wall-mounted scupture cannot exceed W24" X H36" X D8". Work must ready to hang and weigh no more than 46 pounds. Free-standing sculpture cannot exceed W24" X H38" X D24" or weigh more than 80 pounds unless the work can be hand delivered and installed and removed by artist in scheduled time frame.

M E T H O D O F E N T R Y
You may download the entry form from here. Mail your labeled slides and completed entry form with payment and SASE before the deadline. (Check or money order O.K.) For out of US entries, payment must be a money order or bank check in US dollars.
Each artist may enter slides of three works (no details). More than 3 slides are at an additional cost of $5.00 each. Slides must be 2"x2" cardboard or plastic with no glass. Please number each slide to correspond to the slide entry form. Label slide with artist's name, title of work, dimensions (including frame) and an arrow indicating top. Mark a red dot on left lower corner. Please leave top left corner for gallery use. No oversized envelops or certified mail. Oversized envelops and certified mail will be returned to sender. Selections for the exhibition are made by the juror from the slide entries.Video art can send DVD format to the gallery. The juror's decisions are final.
All artists will be notified of results. Accepted artists will receive further instructions for Shiping or hand delivery of work. Please, no phone calls to the gallery for checking entries or results.

C O N D I T I O N S

No work can be withdrawn before end of the show. All work must be for sale. The gallery will retain a 50% sales commission on all work sold. The price indicated on the entry form will be considered the retail price and may not be subsequently changed. Submitting an entry form or work to this exhibit indicates agreement on the part of the sender to all conditions set forth herein and in all forms related to this show. The artists grant permission to photograph works for publicity purposes. Slides of accepted entries will become the property of Gallery International. Not accepted slides will be returned in the SASE provided by the artist. Slides will not returned without an enclosed SASE. The greatest possible care will be taken in handling slides and art works. Art works will be insured by Gallery international only during the show against flood, or fire. Gallery International is not responsible or liable for any other cause of damage including shipping or handling. Gallery International reserves the right to change schedule dates if necessary. Any special arrangements for shipping or other special requests will be at additional charges to the artists.
